Above all else, our customers are our top priority. We strive to make each customer's experience as streamlined, efficient and painless as possible. Many of our Apple repair services can be performed while you wait. Many more of our repairs (if brought in early enough) can be completed same to next day. We offer a number of different service options, based on your needs.

  • Carry-In Service

    Mac Hardware / Mac Software / Mac Data Recovery
    iPhone / iPad / One-on-One Training

    We gladly accept walk-in traffic during normal business hours. Our normal hours are: Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm. In an effort to be fair to all, customers who've scheduled appointments online, get front of the line service upon arrival. Walk-in customers will be assisted on a first come, first serve basis. Customers who need one-on-one assistance with technology training must schedule an appointment for this service.

    Please note: Due to the time needed to thoroughly diagnose, troubleshoot and order parts, not all repairs can be performed while you wait. We will always do our best to work with your schedule to ensure the quickest turn-around time possible.

    No appointments are needed if you are only dropping off your equipment.

  • Send-In Service

    Mac Hardware Repairs & Upgrades / iPhone Repair & Service /

    Unfortunately, there isn't an Apple Store in every city. But no worries, we've got you covered. You can send your Mac, iPhone, or iPad in from anywhere in the United States. What's best is that there are no upfront fees. Simply, decide whether you would like to use your own box and postage, or whether you'd prefer we send a shipping label to you.

    Once we recieve your device/s, we will run a full diagnostic and consult with you before any repairs or upgrades are performed. Should you decline necessary repairs or upgrades, you will only be charged $50 for the diagnostic services and we'll ship your device/s back to you.

  • Onsite Apple Sevice

    Apple Server / Network Troubleshooting /
    File Sharing & Backups / Printer Setup / Consulting

    Whether at home or office, some issues simply require our physical presence at your location. We offer onsite Apple tech support for server administration, configuration and troublshooting. We also assist with network configuration and troubleshooting, file sharing, printer setup, etc. We charge a $50 service fee plus a minimum of 1 hour billed at $100 an hour. Time after one hour is billed in 15 minute increments.

    Unless requested by Apple, we do not perform Apple hardware diagnostics, Apple hardware repair or upgrades onsite. Under some circumstances, we may be able to arrange the pick up and delivery of Apple hardware from your location. Appropriate service charges will apply

Other World Technology is an Apple Authorized Service Provider for iPhone and iPad. We are authorized by Apple to provide repairs or replacements for most iPhone and iPad models. If your device is covered under Apple's One Year Limited Warranty or an AppleCare+ protection plan, you may be eligible to get your repair for free or at a reduced cost.

    Apple Certified iOS Technician

    Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty for iPad doesn’t cover accidental, cosmetic, liquid damage, or damage due to unauthorized modifications. Your One Year Limited Warranty only covers your iPad and Apple accessories against defects in materials and workmanship.

    When you bring your iPad to us, we'll run diagnostics and physically examine it to confirm whether or not it’s eligible for service. We will repair or replace your iPad in compliance with Apple's service strategy.

We can sell you an AppleCare Plus contract within 60 days of your purchase date. We are required to run diagnositcs and perform a visual inspection prior to selling these contracts.

All too many times we've seen it. A customer brings a computer in that is constantly locking up and getting the spinning gears. Those are usually the lucky ones. Many come in with computers that aren't even able start up into the users computer account. Without a healthy backup in place, if the data on your hard drive becomes corrupt, or if the drive fails mechanically, your data could be lost forever. We are here to help!

    If your hard drive is begining to fail, your chances of recovery are best when you get it to a professional sooner than later. The longer you wait, the more difficult and expensive it becomes to recover your data. We have advanced tools and software that can repair file system corruption and recover files from failing hard drives. We charge a flat rate of $275 for data recovery services only when we are successful at recovering your data.
